Hacienda Verde is under Southern Nevada Home Builder Association’s Green Building Partnership and registered with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. We are planning on achieving the highest level of green building certification for this green showcase home.
