Hacienda Verde
Our green showcase home, “Hacienda Verde”, was built under SNHBA’s Green Building Partnership program and registered with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System, the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings.
We are extremely proud to announce that Hacienda Verde is LEED certified to the Platinum level, the highest level of green building certification under the LEED Green Building Rating System. Signature Custom Homes is excited to be at the forefront of the trend towards sustainable living in Las Vegas.
