Richard & Wendy Plaster

Brian Plaster

Signature Custom Homes is headed by Brian Plaster, the eldest son of Richard and Wendy.  Brian is a Las Vegas native and has watched his hometown grow by gigantic proportions over the last few decades.    Having grown up in this community, Brian has a thorough understanding of the  Las Vegas real estate market and has strong ties to the community.  Brian is a member of the Las Vegas Sculpture Park Board of Directors and a graduate of the Meadows School. 

Brian has been involved in the construction industry since he began working on Signature jobsites at age twelve.  He has worked in the field for Signature Homes on tract homes, apartments, condominiums, and custom home jobsites.  He has also worked for custom home builders and  subcontractors in Austin, Texas, where he lived for four years while pursuing his Masters of Science degree.

Brian received his bachelor’s of science degree from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN in 1999.  While in Tennessee, he met his wife Maggie, a Mississippi native.
