The “Green Home” at Signature Custom Homes is a custom, environmentally friendly home that highlights the fiscal benefits, as well as the environmental and health benefits of utilizing Green building techniques and materials. By introducing our high performance homes, Signature Custom Homes will reduce the materials and waste on the job site as well as the way waste is handled.  We will use recycled and renewable materials to enhance durability and reduce maintenance.  By using these materials, we will be able to minimize the potential source of pollutants as well as manage potential pollutants that are generated in the average home.
