Going green is an option for every home.  At a cost that is only 3-5% higher than building a traditional custom home, you will make your home a high performance, energy efficient home.

By introducing our high performance homes, Signature Custom Homes will reduce the materials and waste on the job site as well as the way waste is handled.  We will use recycled and renewable materials to enhance durability and reduce maintenance.  By using these materials, we will be able to minimize the potential source of pollutants as well as manage potential pollutants that are generated in the average home.
