Maintenance Package

Signature Custom Homes is pleased to announce the formation of our Total Home Maintenance Package. In addition to our standard warranty, our customer service division will provide our homeowners with a home maintenance package that provides maintenance for many aspects of your home.

Our staff will conduct biannual inspections of your home to look for non-warranty items that should be addressed and corrected. Our staff of highly trained professionals will come to your home twice a year to provide general maintenance of your home so you and your family are assured that your home remains beautiful and performs properly. Our staff will also help schedule subcontractors when required and we will supervise any work that is done by subcontractors.

The Total Home Maintenance Program works like this:

You pay an annual fee based upon the square footage of your home. The price of your first year will be only $0.50/square foot. So, if your home is 5,000 square feet, your price will be $2,500.00.
Our customer service staff comes out for biannual inspections of your home to look for abnormal wear and tear on your home. The inspections will last between 2 and 4 hours.
Once the inspection has been completed, we will schedule an appointment with you to come back and address the items that we find on the inspection which require attention. Extra work will be limited to 16 hours (2 days work), following each inspection for a total of 32 hours per year, or 40 hours including the 2 inspections.
Our highly trained staff will change your air filters, tighten plumbing fixtures, complete minor touch up paint, caulk areas where caulk is failing, test the HVAC system to make sure that it is working properly, repair minor cracks in grout, adjust interior doors, and repair minor damages to drywall and baseboard.
Our staff will also do a complete inspection of the home, from foundation to roof, and all other areas that may require attention.
If any major items need to be repaired that is not covered by our warranty or maintenance package, we will assist you by scheduling the proper subcontractors to fix the problems. If a situation like this does arise, we guarantee that the price that is quoted to you will be fixed and will not change unless the scope of the work changes. We will also supervise any work done by these subcontractors so you can be assured that all work is done properly.
